Shirri Mirri is an absolutely stunning luxurious, spacious modern four-bedroom, three-bathroom home situated on the edge of the escarpment with the most breathtaking, uninterrupted views of Kings Tableland, Inspiration Point, and Jamison Valley. The property is set on a double block with beautiful established gardens and features two spacious living areas, a brand-new well-equipped gourmet kitchen with a coffee machine, and a dining area that seats ten. There is a gas BBQ on the back deck, and the property is centrally heated with an open fireplace in the lounge area (firewood provided for one night). The three fully renovated bathrooms, one with an ensuite, are absolutely luxurious and feature heated towel rails, a hairdryer, and underfloor heating. The living areas are very well-equipped with two TVs, numerous D.V.Ds, C.Ds, books, magazines, and games, as well as free Wi-Fi. Watching the sun gradually set and light up the escarpment in an orange glow is a truly special feature of the property and will be a holiday to remember.

Our stay at Shirri Mirri was pure bliss. Everything that we needed for our weeklong stay was catered for. The kitchen was exceptionally fitted out right down to having more than enough cooking utensils and kitchen items and more! The house itself was well set out with two sitting areas for those times when you wanted a bit more space. Enough seating to allow for those naps throughout the day after spending hours hiking through the many walking tracks in and around Leura. Bedrooms were light and well-furnished and beds were very comfortable. The garden is wonderful and very serene. Now to the VIEWS-spectacular! You could not ask for anything better. You could sit and watch the colours on the cliff faces change with the weather conditions and at times the mist in the valley only added to its overall beauty. I would highly recommend this property although it would be nice to keep this real gem my little secret! Regards, Elizabeth.

I just wanted to send you a quick note following our recent stay at Shirri Mirri house. We had a wonderful weekend, and the house was breath taking, it surpassed all of our expectations. The setting, with the open fire and cosy rooms, were just perfect for the occasion and everything was so inviting and spotlessly clean. The views as well were incredible and made the stay extra special for us. We spent hours just sat out on the deck admiring the scenery. Thank you once again and we look forward to next year already! Shirri Mirri was great last weekend for our family, and everyone loved the house. It is an extremely relaxing house where you immediately feel at home, and its well designed for both group spaces and also for people to have their own space if they want to, both inside and outside. It is tastefully decorated, and its great that some new plants have been planted. It would be good to see how they’ve grown next time as we’re all very keen to return. Jane.

We had a fabulous time this weekend at Shirri Mirri. The house was clean, warm and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The view is absolutely breathe taking. If the cleaners haven’t already been, please let them know that I may have left some baking paper in the oven. My apologies about that. Since posting photos of our weekend with the amazing views, I have had two friends ask me about the house and location. What a beautiful property we really enjoyed our stay it was all hassle free great communication with Geoffrey and very easy access to the house, we absolutely loved the fires in the house and the views were amazing would highly recommend will most def be back.
Even with this incessant rain, we had the best time at Shirri Mirri. Can you kindly thank the owners for allowing us to stay in their magnificent property? When the mist cleared, and the rain let up we had the best views of the escarpment and could see Wentworth Falls in all its glory and Lincolns Rock. And the birds that visit the owners magnificent garden! Icing on the cake. We did manage one walk to Sublime Point without getting too wet. We also chose to eat in, and the cooking facilities worked really well. Would you also kindly pass on to the owners that we all appreciated the quality of the bedding linen and mattresses.
